Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this recent photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
